Return for Non Defective Merchandise

Items are eligible for return for 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unworn and in as new condition.

  • Step 1: Email customer service at arbys@iceboxmail.com, provide your order number and request a Return Authorization.
  • Step 2: Download, print and complete the Return Form and place it in the box with your return item and ship it to:

  • Step 3: Once we receive your item, we will process your return within 4 business days and credit your credit card.

Return for Defective/Mis-shipped Merchandise

Items are only eligible for return for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your items are defective or you received an item you did not order, i.e. wrong size, wrong color, and wrong item.

  • Step 1: Email customer service at arbys@iceboxmail.com, provide your order number and request a Return Authorization.
  • Step 2: Customer Service will reply and provide a freight label for shipment.
  • Step 3: Once we receive your item, we will process your return within 4 business days and credit your credit card.

Please ship your return via a reputable carrier where you can track and confirm the receipt of the return.
We are not responsible for returns which do not reach us.
